   今天突然想写点东西，写点什么呢，想想我已经在it行业滚爬了1年半了，这一年半是我从入这行到现在的一面镜子，让我看清自己的成长，感
觉到自己的努力没有白费。
   其实对于IT这个行业，我是个半道出家的和尚，04年毕业后，直接在学校当地的一个通信公司做监控，是数据监控，不是所见的视频监
控，听着是通信，但我干的工作是体力活，就是干硬件的，拿着冲击钻往墙上打眼钉槽板，布线，接线等，大家说这属于IT职业吗，明明就是
民工干的活吗就这样干了一年半，感觉实在是没前途，就辞职了，辞职也遇到了阻挠，父母不愿意让辞职，感觉在那挺稳定的，怕辞职后找不
到工作，因为我对这种干硬件的工作太讨厌了，所以在我的执着坚持下终于辞职了，后来就到了北京。
   刚来北京的前3个月是我最难忘记的黑色3月，当时也不知到自己会什么，自己能干什么，拿着自己干硬件的工作简历来到了北京大小人
才市场，去的最多的是苏州街的中关村人才市场和海淀南路的时代网络大厦这两个人才市场，好不容易找到找做监控的技术人员岗位时，用人
单位看了我的简历后，“对不起，我们做的是闭路监控，是视频的，数据监控暂时不需要。”可我除了干过数据监控别的什么经验都没有啊，
就这样找了半个月也没找到一个对口的工作，后来到人才市场后不管什么工作，只要要我，我就去，结果干了最多一周左右感觉不合适，主动
辞职了，时间和精力白白浪费，还一分钱也拿不到。后来有点气馁了，真不知道自己能干什么，干脆就不找工作了，我自己有台电脑，天天租
盘看起光碟了，我的女朋友敏每次下班后，看到我不找工作，整体看盘，就耐心劝我，让我再去人才市场转转，这样才有机会，在家待着，永
远找不到工作。我当时之所以不想去人才市场了，其实内心是想逃避现实，看看光盘就能把哪些烦事忘记，在她的一再催促下，我终于又第n次
来到了中关村人才市场，而且简历中也掺杂了些水分，说自己做过网络管理员，有半年经验，公司名叫XXX，这都是瞎编的，为的就是好找工作
，因为在我做监控时候，没事我就喜欢看计算机方面的书，积累了部分理论。在人才市场转了一圈后看到一家公司叫北京天融环保公司找
技术人员，我就在那占了会招聘信息，这时候负责招聘的大街主动和我打招呼问“你想应聘什么工作呢”，我说“我想应聘的工作你这不招啊
，我想应聘网管”，“刚好我们公司还缺一位网管，你想做吗”大姐现场问了我几个问题后说“明天过来面试吧，公司地址是海淀区上地五街
XX大厦”，第二天早早的我就来到该公司，面试完后，主考官说老总出差了，现在还无法决定是否录用，只能等老总回来后再决定，让我回去
等通知，那时已经是2006年4月28号了，马上五一了，我心想看来五一前是收不到通知了。于是我就回老家邯郸了，到家后为了不让父母担心，
骗他们说已经找到工作了，五一过后，7号就回到北京等那家公司的通知，可是到10号了还没打电话通知我，实在等不下去了，只能带着简历再
次杀入人才市场，那是5月11日那天我还在人才市场，该公司终于打电话让我第二天上班了，听完我太高兴了，毕竟找了这么久，终于找到一个
自己愿意做，理想的工作，当时太兴奋了。
   当天办完入职手续后，跟我谈待遇问题，问我要多少，我说只要1000以上就行，“那每月给你1100吧，试用期3个月”我听了很高兴，
欣然接收，就这样开始了我的真正的it生涯－－网络管理员。公司有40台左右的电脑，我复杂维护局域网正常办公上网，刚开始真是什么都不
会，记得第一天有个员工让我帮他添加网络打印机，我当时真懵了，虽说有点理论，但毕竟没有实际操练过，不知怎么添加，又不能说自己不
会，硬着头皮琢磨了10分钟终于添加上了，当时心情很高兴啊
   其实做网管平时也没什么事情，因为计算机不会经常出问题的，我就充分利用属于自己的时间，在网络上搜集学习资料，看看前辈们做网
管的经验分享，或上论坛看看别人所遇到的问题和最后的解决方法，有时自己遇到难题摆不平，先上搜索引擎上如百度google上搜，一般都能
找到解决问题的办法，如果实在找不到，我就上论坛上发帖子，把遇到的问题和其他网友讨论一下，寻找解决方法。就这样遇到的问题越多，
积累的经验也就越丰富，遇到问题最多的就是：员工无法上网、局域网之间无法访问、网络打印机问题、计算机闹病、系统启动太慢毒等，这
几大问题又包含许多小问题，而且基本上每个小问题的解决方法都不一样，这样使得我对微软操作系统如server 2003、XP/2000等有了较深的
理解；后来老总找我谈了一次话，说要进行一次网络改造，使得改造后的网络安全系数要高，使用方便，还要有自己的内部论坛，让我提出解
决方案，想了2天后，我提出了将现有局域网工作组模式改成域模式，建立AD、web、DHCP、邮件服务器等，从而使得我在局域网服务器搭建和
维护方面经验有了很大的提高。转眼3个月试用期已经过去，老板又找我谈转正后的薪水，我要2000，老板说最多给1500，如果接收不了可以走
人，我当时想谁让自己道行浅呢，1500就1500吧，在我内心就树立一种观念，以最快速度尽最大努力的去学习新知识。做网管半年后，感觉系
统、局域网维护这方面确实能学的很少，知识太浅薄，而且公司所用的交换机是腾达48口傻瓜式不可调试的交换机，如果我能搭建广域网，能
配置路由器、交换机成为网络工程师该多好啊，于是从网上搜关于网络工程师认证方面资料，看到了有cisco和华为2个不同厂家工程师认证，
cisco考试式全英文的，由于本人担心英语水平不好，就选择了学华为认证。从网上查到了一家知名培训学校－－北京汉远网智，抽时间交了我
几乎一个月工资的学费1200元，参加了华为HCNE网络工程师晚班学习，每天下午5:30下班后我就坐公交从上地跑到朝阳的北辰购物中心附近，
近1小时路程，7点开始培训，9点放学，每晚2小时，那时候感觉自己真的是努力了，冬天的晚上9点放学回家后都10点多了还没吃晚饭呢，就随
便吃点得了
就这样坚持了2个月，课本终于讲完了，复习了1周左右，我实在等不下去了，交了540元考试费，那天晚上直接上机考试了，进考场时特别紧张
，好多摄像头监视，而且老是担心时间不够用（考试时间是1小时，电脑倒计时），进入状态后就不太紧张了，结构做完所有题后看表还有20分
钟才到时间呢，点提交后马上评分结果就出来了congrantulations我终于pass了，考了72分，满分100，终于松了一口气，拿到成绩单那一刻，
我感觉我这2个月时间没浪费，1700多元没百花，最起码对于路由、交换这方面有了比较明确的概念，算是入门了，值了。2007年1月11号终于
拿到了HCNE证书。
   之后我并没有忘记拼命学习，而是又买了HCSE(华为高级网络工程师认证)的所有教材，继续向更深层次学习，刚开始看时候，根本看不
懂，写的感觉理解太困难，而且3本厚厚的书（HCSE共5本，其中路由、交换、设计是3门课程，其他2本是路由、交换的实验手册），一遍过后
大脑没留下什么印象。后来就暂时搁置起来了。开始学red hat系统了，对于我们用惯windows系统的人来说，刚开始学linux真不习惯，太别扭
了，感觉和windows截然不同，而且装软件也不方便，大部分软件都是源代码tar.gz格式，需要自己编译，简单的是rpm格式，曾经为了装一个
能播放视频的播放器mplayer花了我3天时间，整的我是焦头烂额，当时特别讨厌linux，不过linux毕竟做服务器是非常强大的，所以还是坚持
学习。
   到了快过年的时候，我觉得在那个环保公司待着已经没有发展潜力了，就辞职了，过年后重新来到北京找了现在这个IDC行业的工作，我
虽然工作时间还不长，但在现在这个公司让我学到了好多路由、交换知识，以前考的是华为认证，这段时间让我对cisco设备有了更深刻的理解
，对三层交换机有了更透彻的认识，使得华为、cisco设备的了解全面发展，我现在又开始进攻年前买的HCSE教材了，因为cisco和华为知识点
是一样的，只不过配置设备的具体命令不一样，现在社会必须全面发展自己的能力，不能只是熟悉一个厂家的设备，而且我现在还在学juniper
、F5等厂家的防火墙、负载均衡设备等。
