很多人上班第一件事就是打开电子邮件，可是看着邮箱里密密麻麻的新邮件，清晨的好心情很可能会瞬间被烦躁取代。随着电子邮件的普及，人们交流工作和沟 通情感都离不开它，但是有的人不断转发无聊的搞笑邮件，有的邮件没有重点……时间就这样无谓地被浪费在收发邮件上了。你碰到过邮件困扰吗？你有什么管理好 邮件的小窍门？[陈屹]
要学会先发制人

由于负责的是人事这一块的工作，所以凡是公司出台一些新的人事政策或评价系统等，我的工作邮箱基本上就会塞满邮件，都是同事们来询问详情的。如果同事们在邮件中简明扼要地写明一二三，他有哪些困惑，我也可以有的放矢地一条条回复，可问题就出在同事们写邮件的方式上。
可能大家觉得我是人事部门的负责人，年度考评、升职加薪等事情都会在我手里经过，所以不能得罪，一定得巴结着。于是写来的邮件总会有一大堆客套话，在信 的最后才提到自己的问题：“请问这次的年度小结需要部门经理签字吗？”这样的邮件一开始我还当笑话和部门同事分享一下，但收得多了不免有点烦躁，要知道事 情已经够多的了，谁也不想再花很多时间来阅读大量无信息含量的客套话，所以我决定先发制人。
那天我给所有同事发了一封信，信中说，如 果你们可以把想问的问题写在标题上，如果标题已经说明了你们写这封信的目的，那就请在标题最后写上EOM（endofmessage，信息的结尾）。后来 我果然收到很多标题中就写明问题，还标上EOM的邮件，对于这些邮件我根本就不用打开，一看标题就知道要回答什么内容，真是节省了不少时间。
软硬两手除烦恼

有一段时间，我的邮箱里不断收到垃圾邮件，令人烦恼。直接删掉吧，也许漏掉重要函件；一一打开看吧，真是费时费劲，而且还好几次被病毒感染，害得我反复清除病毒。后来还是一位内行教了我软硬几招，一次性改造了我的邮件管理。
硬件方面，选择服务好的网站申请邮箱地址，一些垃圾邮件在网站就被删掉或提醒我。同时，安装反垃圾邮件软件，使用邮件过滤功能，将垃圾邮件拒之门外。
“软件”方面，首先是给自己的邮箱起个特殊一点的长名字，可以起保护作用，免得与人雷同而受骚扰；其次是不轻易在网上告知别人自己的邮箱地址，必须告知 时可将“@”改成“＃”，朋友认识而E-mail收集软件不认识，从而避免泄露；第三，学会使用远程邮箱监视功能，在进入本地邮箱前直接删掉垃圾；最后， 要控制情绪，对垃圾邮件一删了之，决不回复。
经过重新申请邮箱、安装软件，垃圾邮件少了，我也已经习惯了新的邮件操作程序。现在我的邮箱干净而有序，省了不少烦恼，而且我的同事也纷纷效仿。我们小姐妹间的正常邮件往来当然是不会受影响的。
笨人自有笨办法

为了应付越来越多的鱼龙混杂的邮件，我只好用最原始的方法来分类，工作上有一个专门的客户邮箱，与同事交流用MSN邮箱，至于朋友家人则又有一个邮箱。 由于同事间发的邮件大多是娱乐搞笑的，我就忽略不计，只有在很闲的时候打开来浏览一下，所以实际上我只要每天登陆两个邮箱就好了。
至于那些无主题、发件人又不认识的邮件，我一开始生怕会漏掉什么重要信息，总是打开看一下，但是总结下来，大多是无意义的，到后来我干脆一刀切，把它们归到垃圾邮件里，删除了事。
同事中的电脑高手看我这么落后，很热心地要帮我进入现代化，但是被我拒绝了，用惯了我的土办法，还真不想改，反正至今为止又没有出什么差错，干嘛要换呢？我这个笨人，还是用笨办法比较舒服。
删，毫不留情地删!

有些人喜欢转发搞笑的、无聊的邮件(往往是带着巨大附件的)，弄得我不能正常收发工作邮件。每当这时候，真是急得双脚跳，却又很无奈。后来,想了个办 法，在系统中把这些人的邮件全都设置为自动转到“已删除邮件”中。现在只要是转到“已删除邮件”的，就在茶余饭后当作消遣看看。
我经常会收到一些系统无法辨别的垃圾邮件，对这种邮件，现在也有经验了，就是不停地删。这些邮件往往看发件人姓名、邮件主题就可以判断为垃圾邮件了。
还有某些同事，特别喜欢发些“谢谢”之类的邮件,而且每次都是“全部答复”，遇到这些邮件也是删，免得占用系统空间。
[HOPEXI]垃圾邮件和朋友转发邮件，可能会把那些真正重要的邮件压在“箱底”，所以我练就了一双火眼，挑重点把那些可能是工作邮件的发件人姓名大 概记住，看的时候脑子里就这几个字母，然后，每封Mail看好后，马上就处理掉，如果不及时处理就意味着若干小时之后我依旧会怀疑这个事情我是否处理过。 碰到那些罗嗦、复杂、不重要的，我会把他们复制下来，慢慢在空闲时间和他们“纠缠”。
[美美]有的朋友特别喜欢成批成批地转发那种网上找来的搞笑或传奇邮件，把我的邮箱塞得满满的，我后来只能给了那些朋友一个Gmail邮箱，让他们往里面扔东西吧。
[阿波]我每天都要处理大量邮件，有的看过就可以删，但有的邮件很重要，其中的附件资料还需要我再转发给什么人，所以很多时间都花在这上面。由于没有一个很好地分类保存的办法，所以在客户问我要某份资料时，我总像一只无头苍蝇一样地找邮件。
[Ru]我的邮箱里总会收到一些发件人、收件人字段都是空白的邮件，想阻止发件人都不行，没办法，我只能一次次地删除，可是每次做这种无意义的劳动都让 我火大。后来经高手指点，总算解决了这个麻烦。设好规则后，那些没有收件人或发件人的垃圾信会被OE自动从服务器上删除。
